the hotel staff was good, and the breakfast offered many options.
I found the room quite disappointing. It was not as clean as i expected, with crumbs behind the curtains. also, the pillows were too firm for my liking, causing some discomfort.

the staff was friendly and efficient.
The superior room i got allocated looked a bit tatty, i found marks on the walls. the bed linen also had hairs on it. It took effort to get a better room. the spa was fully booked for treatments far in advance, so what's the point?

Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues

The hotel location was acceptable, offering a short walk to the city center.
The room assigned to me was not great. There were burn marks on the carpet and crumbs behind the curtains. The pillows also proved to be quite firm, not conducive to a restful sleep. The beds were just two singles pushed together. This caused a gap I kept slipping into during the night
